This week I’m in Cluj Napoca, Romania for the @pathways_europe annual General Assembly meeting - with researchers and farmers from across Europe, exploring sustainable livestock futures 🌱🐄🐂🌳 Food gets 10/10 so far!!

Great to hear from Lizzie Rowe who is leading the @pathways_europe Living Lab with @PastureForLife to compare macro nutrient and vitamin B content between supermarket bought beef and 100% pasture fed beef grazed on species rich swards! 🌱🌸🐂
