Interarch Building Problem with popular names is if they don't post results good enough, they are punished badly. I owned it when it got listed, was the only listed PEB co back then with low valuations. People are still hooked to it today for reasons beyond my understanding

There's an entire system which keeps the traffic problem alive. Bangalore is an IT hub probably the only city which has industries where WFH is possible, yet bangalore has the biggest traffic problem in India, isn't this ironic?

My wife started a Kathak academy after her cancer diagnosis and continued running it through chemotherapy, and everything that came with it. Today, because of bone metastasis, she can no longer dance herself. Yet her academy continues to grow. Her old students never left her. In fact, they now help teach and support the newer students.
