It's 12 years after the first clip in that reel, and we still don't have watched promised. If the timing is what makes the prediction interesting, then the fact that he's been woefully wrong about the timing is important. If his being wrong is irrelevant, then the prediction is uninteresting.

One of the amazing things about these clips is that the people talking to Musk never say, "In 2015, you said that we were a month away from self-driving cars, and that full autonomy was three years away. In 2016, you said, etc. etc. Why should anyone believe your forecasts now?"
