The changes are so small you could implement them in under 15 days

2. Charge HT but on the backend 3. Qualify before pitching potential clients 4. Minimize friction by hosting lead magnets off-skool I did it wrong for 6 months and lost thousands. Last month I did $105k rev.

Rookie Skool Community Owners: 1. Use the word "feel" in their marketing 2. Charge under $1,000 3. Focus on incentivizing engagement 4. Use free communities as lead magnets 7-figure Community Owners: 1. Leverage realistic + objective promises

They’re taking super simple steps, in a specific order, with the right tools in their back pocket. Your business isn’t just another “generic course.” You've got the potential to change lives. If you’re done guessing and want us to build this with you step-by-step →

How to launch a high-ticket funnel (in just 30 days): 1. The Old Strategy Doesn’t Work Anymore Most people are stuck: • Creating endless free content → With no conversions. • Building perfect courses → Before validating demand.

@abDesigns154 Yeahh absolutely! We're barely sleeping 4 hours a night these days to get the product done! It's been so worth it though

@Patrice5682 Solid breakdown. What stands out is the focus on product first and a clear ascension path , that’s where most businesses actually win. From a brand lens, when the offer and positioning are this tight, everything else scales faster. Excited to see how the next phase plays out.

I made $60k in the last 60 days: here's 6 lessons In the last 2 years, I've generated $4M on skool. But in the last 60 days, I decided to try an experiment. I launched a new business. Across the new range of products from $27-$4,000, I generated $60,000. And in the next 90 days, I intend on generating $300,000. But here are the six lessons I learned from launching this new business: 1. It's not low ticket versus high ticket when it comes to pricing. It's how do you use both to create the optimal ascension path for your leads. 2. Ads should net cost you nothing if you structure your funnel right. 3. there's a huge advantage to launching a new business without a big following. 4. The most important part of your entire business is your product - 80 to 90% of your time should go there. 5. Having a business partner doesn't mean you build a business 2x faster...it means you build it 10x faster. 6. You should have a monthly budget to reinvesting into your own knowledge/skills. I just invested $10k into a program. It was a no brainer. Most of us aren't in business for a massive number in the bank. We want cashflow. And that's only constrained by our skillset. Super excited to see what the next 90 days hold.

Lowering your price doesn't get you more clients. It gets you worse ones. The person shopping for the cheapest option will always be your hardest client, worst testimonial, and biggest refund request. Raise the price. Filter the crowd.

Share a story of something that happened in your week. Share a random strategy that you just implemented for a client. Share a lesson you learned early on. It should take 15-20 minutes to write a good piece of longform content. But make it real.

Social media is the digital footprint you're leaving behind. It shouldn't be some scripted, perfect, BS that a guru told you to post. It should be honest.

Most people dread writing content. I don't blame them. It takes them an hour to come up with an idea, another 30+ minutes to write the post, let alone figure out what type of creative goes with it. Jeez that would be exhausting.

2 things that put you MILES ahead of competition: 1. Delete social media on your phone 2. Only use chatgpt for non-creative uses Stop delegating creativity. Get rid of those 2 things? You'll have an edge on 90% of the market.
