In July 2024, with only my savings and donations from family and friends, I began the journey of restoring the Agíkúyú indigenous cultural foods in the farms, on the table and in the granary. “Restore the Agíkúyú indigenous cultural foods” Project is getting global recognition.

Agíkúyú indigenous people were emotionally and mentally grounded cementing them in their cultural heritage and identity that was expressed through songs, dance, riddles and spoken word (Gícandí) before colonization. These women always sing their gratitude to me. I'm honoured🙏🏾
