Deaf Sports Ireland are issuing a final call for Deaf or Hard of Hearing athletes who would be considered to be of a competitive standard to compete at next year's European Deaf Youth Games. Athletes should be aged between 14 and 18 years old (born between 2008 and 2012) who have at a minimum bilateral hearing loss of 55 Decibels and are already competing at affiliated clubs. Brilliant from Albion Rovers & Walshestown 💚 The two Louth clubs have teamed up to deliver a @ffa_fai programme with the support of the Dormant Accounts Funding from @sportireland 👌 For a number of years, dedicated funding from the Dormant Accounts Fund has been instrumental in enabling the FAI to expand and enhance the FFA programme, which funds: New Club Grants: Providing essential start-up funding for FAI Club Mark accredited clubs initiating new Football For All sections. Equipment Packs: Supplying all participating FAI Club Mark FFA clubs with necessary equipment to effectively run their weekly sessions.
