@davidellebrecht This property was in escrow since 2021 with builder and the 38m price was agreed upon. Similar house on same street sold for 38m and then was resold for 43m or so after it fell out of escrow last year for much higher (50m or so).

This would be a pretty epic ROI! - purchased 10/25 for $38m - put $1m into the property - selling for $68m now Did I miss something?
