@ChrisKlemmer It’s incredible to watch a human say this and skip Buck Showalter. As much as I find Mendoza unlistenable right now, Showalter declared a division title not important, lost in the 1st round at home and completely crashed in his second season with a losing record.

The Mets have somehow had three really shitty managers just in the past 8 years. Mickey Callaway Luis Rojas Carlos Mendoza That’s hard to do.

@brbrdeef @michaelgbaron @andrewsteeled The terrible two innings matter, it’s what make pitchers have a 5-6 ERA. They don’t have infinite terrible innings they just need to have one or two per start and it becomes a problem. He was good after he was bad is not a point to hang your hat on.
