NGL blizzard buffing all the meta specs even further is pretty funny and i wish theyd explain the logic of buffing already good performing specs and leaving some just in the dirt

A School Bus with a flashing red lights and stop sign mean stop until the drive turns them off. The only exception is if a driver waves you to proceed. Rare. This is vehicle and traffic law in our country.
