@doctoraldreamer I bit the bullet years ago and pay for the subscription. Maybe not the solution for your classroom of students, but critical to support local coverage in as many forms (newsletters, pods, papers, etc) as one can afford. In the end, scripts & ads pay the reporters on the beat!

@reillyadam Elevating stories of local politics and policy in communities outside of Boston - Worcester, Lowell, Fall River, New Bedford, Springfield, etc. Failing/flailing local papers aren’t covering city halls as much. It’d be a great service to have @GBHNews and #TheScrum on the case!
