This is why lifetime positions in the Supreme Court must be abolished. All it took to take America back to the days of Jim Crow was six woefully out of touch conservative Supreme Court justices to gut The Civil Rights Act. Racial makeup isn't a consideration. In some cases that requires majority minority districts. I may be slow but I'm ahead of you. 😉
