@dontlovedave I've lost everything before. But the only path (at least for me) is to move forward.
Doing some form of exercise helps. Hit a heavy bag, gym, run, anything. It worked for me, but it wasn't easy.
@anxietymsgs It's an ego hit when you hear it.
My first thought is to push back. But now I've realized to self reflect to see if what they're saying has any validity.

There is no 100% fix, but your living conditions can play a big role in being happy vs unhappy which can affect everything.
