I filter the OI data & then download the CSV file (down at the bottom) from the CBOE here... cboe.com/delayed_quotes… Then, I drop the file into Claude to highlight the most important levels. I then take that data and manually input them into $ES & $NQ each day. Claude gives me this...

Agree, but I take it 1 level at a time. Clear 7321 should take us to 7331. Clear 7331 & we have a good shot at 7351. Push through 7351 & we could squeeze to 7391. That's also why I prefer $NQ here over $ES. Much less potential resistance in the form of call walls between here & the extremes.

If I know dips are likely to be bought because a +gamma environment is stabilizing the market, I'm more inclined to take the $ES trade like I shared today. If we're in a -gamma environment, I'm more inclined to stay cautious & not expect trends to follow through. Watch the video!

This is a fantastic overview from @VolSignals. Explains why I focus on 0dte as an intraday futures trader. "Local" is simply what fits my timeframe. If swing/position trading, makes sense to zoom out to the "regime" profile. All thoroughly covered here, plus much more. Excellent!

@VolSignals Sometimes it cares just enough to take my stop when it's a bit too tight! 😂 This was great! Never heard the term "regime" before, but have often heard it referred to as aggregate. Always enjoy learning something new... thank you!

$NQ IB upside break. 🎯 $ES still has work to do. Mindful of SMT potential up here if $ES doesn't make a new high. Quite extended to the upside in the short term. Who took $NQ on the IFVG targeting the IB high? 💪 4 in a row since Fed day. Back on track! 🔥

@JKBTrades_ I'm also more inclined to take something like that when I already have plenty of cushion and know that I've locked in a strong green day. If I was barely green or red on the day, I'd likely pass.

@JKBTrades_ Consider at the time... $NQ gave very little back after hitting IB high with no downside displacement. NYSE breadth still at highs with $VIX fading. IB setup was still valid with 77% probability. 40-60% retrace is textbook. Lots to still like. Trump/headlines the greatest risk.
