they said they will "escalate" my issue but that is what they did the last time and nothing was done since I still cannot use the app i am thinking whoever the app issues go to really doesnt give a flying flip about my not being able to use the app

i see exactly why my issue is not fixed I received the same email asking me questions about my issue that I already replied to over a week ago & these are the same questions I answered the last time i requested help I guess you are trying to see if I will change my answers
