Award contracts for NRP for surveying, design, permitting, bidding assistance and construction administration services.

Award contracts for South Park Heritage Walk - for schematic design through construction administration to complete the project.  And environmental assessment services for thiscproject as well as the Chavis-Dix Strollway-Fourth Ward.
