What more could you ask for, hockey fans?

Neither should anyone else, but now they are villains because they laughed at this buffoon’s joke about women’s hockey. They had just won a gold medal. They probably would have laughed if he said we are going to invade Canada now

As a lifelong hockey fan and former hockey player, I have opinions on the US Men’s Hockey team gold medal. 1) I’m glad social media didn’t exist in 1980. We got to see pure joy of athletic achievement. VP Mondale was in attendance, but he didn’t yuck it up w/players after.

Nor was J Edgar Hoover in the locker room when the the USA won in 1960. This administration ruins EVERYTHING! They took advantage of the player’s euphoria of winning a gold medal and immediately turned into a political stunt. As a player I don’t care what your politics are.
