Seeing quite a bit of talk around crypto lending deposits being down 35% from October highs, but @Morpho is holding steady at ~$11B in deposits. I like to think this is the reflection of what we have always aimed for: sustainable lending built on organic, long-term demand rather than chasing short-term trades (and sometimes I swear it’s very tempting to lose focus). That way, growth compounds over time in a more stable and durable manner and is less correlated to market downturns.

Morpho’s market share in active loans has been growing steadily recently. That said, active loans remain a limited metric. Much of DeFi activity still comes from endogenous looping and rehypothecation, which can inflate numbers without necessarily reflecting real economic demand.
