@rhiannon_ford To an extent it probably depends on the lawyers involved. I would say that less than 10% of my clients are in court proceedings at all. Of those that are, I would estimate that less than 5% of them end up at final hearing.

From today, 31 January 2023, legal representatives must submit and manage applications for contested financial remedy online using MyHMCTS. Documents and orders must be uploaded to the online service and will no longer be accepted at local courts.

Bit weary of the unpredictability of life with young kids today. They’re often ill. Or you’re ill. Then if you manage to arrange any support with them, the people who support you get ill. Or their kids get ill. It feels neverending at the mo. (No advice required just solidarity!)
