@Gezy @MartinSLewis I've just had a conversation with EDF customer services this afternoon @Gezy to arrange this myself without paying exit fees but they are saying that they are still payable. @MartinSLewis have you heard anything from EDF directly?They say they would/will email if they change this

@MartinSLewis Fixed before Energy Price Guarantee with EDF. price is now higher than the cap. EDF have let me switch to a new tariff and have waved the exit fees.
