@jokerdaddy23 @helldivers2 @PlayStationUK I submitted 2 tickets with photo proof, and gave my email, 5 days later no reply. I contacted playstation support yesterday they gave me a ref number saying they need to look into this. I believe one of there X posts after the last update people we're saying they have same issue

@macklinmont @helldivers2 @PlayStationUK True, maybe game media teams like @ign or @GameOverGreggy could look into this see if they can get answers. Because bugs I get but taking money and not receiving what we've paid for is bigger than just a bug, I'm sure there's more than just a couple of us it's happened to.
