I DID IT. FINAL weight loss goal weight. A thread 🧵
When I started my weight loss journey, I set and hit a total of 6 “final” weight goals. The more I learned and adapted the lower I set the goal.
I started at 326lbs on January 3rd, 2024. My original goal was 275. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever get it.

Cam Niles was supposed to suit up for Carroll College basketball this year but preseason he got diagnosed with Lymphoma. He says on Instagram that doctors gave him less than a 10% chance to live. Today he rung the bell and is cancer free!!!
