@stacyhrae @POTUS He never said that. However; for consistency, if you want to blame him for higher gas prices, you ought to thank him for prices going down, but that would require casting aside your political beliefs and recognize it's economics- supply and demand that control oil and thus gas.

If you live in South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, or Tennessee, the average price of gas at the pump is under $4 a gallon. That's a big deal.
