Want to offer a free one-hour webinar in the next couple of weeks to present some of the key findings from my research paper on "the integration of mental skills into elite teams". Relevant to those delivering MS and anyone leading a team. Just gauging interest. Anyone keen?

Can't believe it's my last week @CABCymru! Its been a huge privilege to work with extraordinary people across our service in Wales. Recruitment for a permanent Director begins soon. For now the wonderful @LukeYoung will pick up our external affairs brief as Assistant Director 👌🏻

@nigelhanks To use your own emoji’s, if a rhino runs at a house and breaks his cheekbone in the process, is the house responsible?

Absorbing enough to break Retallicks cheekbone… I’m not sure anyones ever absorbed anything with their head - skulls aren’t usually malleable. Just because Porter is stationary & isn’t flying at Retallick doesn’t mean the degree of force is low. Two ~120kg power athletes. 🦏➡️🏠

WR statement on Porter said: "the player’s act of foul play did not meet the red card threshold due to the absorbing nature of the tackle. On that basis, the independent committee deemed the act of foul play did not merit further sanction, and the citing complaint was dismissed.”

@SteveHarte 'To suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune', i.e., to float along with the current, hope for something good to happen, or 'take arms against a sea of troubles'..., i.e., get in the arena, establish a goal, make a plan. Impacted me today

"To be or not to be: that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles..." Happened upon this classic today and it has knocked the stuffing out of me
