@Lucaswoodland I genuinely come back from tour fitter than when I left due to the physical exertion. Load in, insanity work out on stage for set duration, load out… but the van situation & exhaustion definitely creates injury, my chiropractor bill after the last tour is proof enough 🥲

From my experience, playing a show can be genuinely as physically fatiguing as playing a sport
Now imagine a sportsman living in a van for a month straight & playing up to 6 days in a row?!

Anyone else think it's a bit off for bands to claim to be experiencing exhaustion for performing for less than 2 hours a night on a 12 date tour when most of their audience will have been working for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week?
