An amazing walk this morning up to Alport Castles on a group walk. It’s always nice to get out with a group when I can as I tend to generally go on my adventures alone x

It’s a leg day today and treated myself to these ramps, they are meant to assist you getting a deeper squat. We shall see, they feel very strange at first. Hope you are all enjoying crimbo limbo time x

During the Changing of the Guard this morning, officers noticed a child at the front getting upset because of the large crowd. To help calm him down, officers invited him over the barrier to have a closer view of the ceremony.
