Isn’t it ironic that pouring milk into rivers sparks nationwide debates about “blind faith,” while cases involving coercion, harassment for forced religious conversions, justified by promises of Jannat, are rarely discussed as serious religious wrongdoing?

Denial is not neutral. It is politically motivated and selective. It is to get some votes and to win a seat. To rise in one community’s eyes, while not leaving another community to raise their eyes even for a second is sheer inhumane behaviour. Protecting minor girls, young boys and women across communities requires sincerity beyond political convenience. India’s diversity cannot survive if national political parties ignore these recurring threats. Denial does not foster harmony. It ensures that the cycle continues: unseen, unrecognised, and unchallenged. Do Read the full piece @thedossier_in thedossier.in/the-kerala-sto…

In the Nashik @TCS sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion to Islam case, the accused are: Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh and Asif Ansar. There are two more names that one must remember: Nida Khan (HR) and Ashwini Ashok Chainani - they refused to act against complaints and aided the religious conversion and sexual assault.

The TCS case is disturbing for so many reasons. There was clearly a sophisticated process in place to target Hindu women. This level of sophistication indicates that this was not a one-off event at a one-off office. There is a racket that has been doing this for a long time, likely for years, and have perfected their process over time. That is the worrying bit. How many more such Islamist networks are operating currently to target Hindu women? There needs to be a large-scale investigation into this.

"Jaan Se Guzarte Hain" song is such a tribute to unknown men. "Jab woh ajnabi ban kar, pass se guzarte hain...jurm sirf utna hai, pyaar unse (country) se karte hain". Countless unknown men who love country and countrymen and keep us safe. Every terrorist attack that is averted is thanks to our security agencies and them. Jai Hind.

Why are people ridiculing her for speaking up against unprofessionalism? She was invited for a talk. If you dont want to listen to someone, dont invite them. This unprofessionalism of not turning up after you have invited someone speaks volumes of the institution, not of the chief guest who has taken out the time from her busy schedule to meet your commitment while you are asleep. Shame. It takes guts to speak up against this. Kudos to Smita maam for posting this.
Smita Prakash@smitaprakash

To the Principal, staff and students of Miranda College, Delhi University, you need to respect the Chief Guest you invite for your events. I was there for a no show! I have posted the videos and pix here so that you learn that tardiness equals to disrespect. No staff and 4-5 students. Flow chart & evidence posted
