@LushLtd is it normal to not be able to get through to your customer services? 3 phone calls and no reply automatically cutting off, no response to emails, no replys on webchat?? Charging me twice courier states parcel was ready to collect, but not there?

@HMRCcustomers how long after you change my tax code should the employer update it, still using old code even though it was updated over 2 weeks ago. Tried speaking to someone 35 minute wait, anawered then hung up on me? Tried the app no support?

@SamsungUK another day off work, another failed attempt at repairing my washing machine. Different stories received from Samsung Customer Solutions, Technical Department and approved repairers Blizzard Refrigeration. WOW, 6 months, several repairs still waiting for an outcome??
@SamsungUK When I send you more details, you tell me you can't do anything, I have raised several complaints without any success, including emails video's phone calls etc. What would you suggest next ??

@HMRCcustomers once again failure to respond to concerns and complaints. Got through twice this morning and spoke to agents, who put me on hold and terminated the calls. How do I get to speak to someone who can assist? This has been ongoing since hmrc made an error in March 2022?
@HMRCcustomers A letter which I contested August last year, then again in Febrthis year when I raised a complaint no response to complaint. Gateway clearly states I have paid correct amount
@HMRCcustomers My government gateway states I have paid the right amount of tax for 21-22 yet you state I owe you money, following an error on hmrc behalf last February? I have been trying for months to get this sorted.
