@PavNeatEat @HeavySwag973 No, it can't. Physical limits exist. You can't try running like Usain Bolt who himself suffered from injuries despite being genetically blessed. There is a good reason professional athletes largely retire near 35 years of age and they peak out near 30.

@shanzz003 10k is totally different thing, in this whole system changes like, in sprinting energy houses are PC system and in 10k aerobic and endurance event, so the whole workout and training will be changed, which develops you VO2 max.
