@PavNeatEat Yess💪🏻 コツコツ積み重ねて変化感じるのほんと楽しいよね。
自分も脚の意識変えてからスプリントみたいに動きが軽くなった気がする。体調見ながら続けていくわ

@tamrajkillwish @HeavySwag973 No, it doesn’t exist, if athletes are achieving something at a particular age it doesn’t mean it is fixed, those who have guts to change they make histories.
English

@PavNeatEat @HeavySwag973 No, it can't. Physical limits exist. You can't try running like Usain Bolt who himself suffered from injuries despite being genetically blessed. There is a good reason professional athletes largely retire near 35 years of age and they peak out near 30.
English

@shanzz003 10k is totally different thing, in this whole system changes like, in sprinting energy houses are PC system and in 10k aerobic and endurance event, so the whole workout and training will be changed, which develops you VO2 max.
English

@PavNeatEat So before the race, for example, 10K, what is your. Training schedule to reach—for example, sub-50?
English

@tamrajkillwish @HeavySwag973 Human body can do anything, all these things don’t exist, if you are dedicated and well prepared daily not once but daily.
English

@PavNeatEat @HeavySwag973 It's a bad idea to sprint. There will be leg or spine injuries that you will never truly recover from, especially after 30. Ignore these warnings at your own peril.

@DrSumeetShah Not against, one goal representing India❤️ at world level💪🏻
