@PyreAeroVGC @ralfdude90 That same venue used to hold mtg grand prixes some years ago, i remember horror stories from friends that stayed CLOSE to the venue (hoping to walk to/from the event). Still, during event hours it's safe because there will be tons of people there, but pls use uber to move around

@ralfdude90 Would you say the area surrounding Expo Center Norte is reasonably safe from your experience? First time going to São Paulo for me.

For folks coming to Sao Paulo, Brazil for LAIC, please remember that there are lots of places in Sao Paulo that are not safe. I'm not Brazilian but I've been in Sao Paulo 6 times for pokemon events and never had any issues until this April when I got robbed inside an Uber, injured with broken glasses in my face, completely in shock and bleeding because a thieve crashed the window to steal my iPhone when I was going back to my airbnb after finishing day 1 of Sao Paulo regionals and getting dinner with @vgccorner. As with any big city in LATAM, there are safe places as well, so my recommendation is try to avoid staying at an airbnb/hotel that is not in a touristy area and try to always be with more people and avoid going out at night if possible, especially in places that are not very touristy. Hope this helps someone out there because I don't want anyone to experience what I had to experience. Blessings

is there a creepypasta that still actually creeps any of you out? there isn't really one for me but i remember reading one about a girl in a photo who had two fingers up like a peace sign, and the holder of the photo died and the girl was then holding up three fingers like damn.

@Dreamboum This art style was seared into my brain and I ended up hunting for a legit copy of the game for yearssss. Captain Calintz still lives rent free in my head. Magna Carta is such a treasure trobe both in game play and in art direction. Never stopped thinking fondly of it.

I'm quickly checking out the MagnaCarta game on the PS2 since the character design was done by Hyung-tae Kim now that he's known as the director of Stellar Blade and damn, this is a crazy design for the male protagonist
