@sanjivrbajaj @Bajaj_Finance please check this Ticket ID-SR149644242 date-02.02.2025 (ticket closed but fraud dispute not closed yet) and the ticket ID-SR151039315 which is open since 29.10.2025. both ticket has same dispute fraud reporting multple times in the past 1.5 month.

@Bajaj_Finance Why you need more investigation time even if you declared in past that this is the fraud reporting. #Bajajfinancefraud #Bajajfinancefraudreporting

On 02.10.2025 bajaj finance has reported Fraud Loan on my CIBIL Report. I raised Request Ref-SR149644242 from bajaj app, After investigation by Bajaj team they found this is incorrect data uploaded by bajaj backend team, it takes 15 days to resolved this fraud case by Bajaj team.

@Bajaj_Finance Today Raise a fresh Ticket No-SR151039315 for the same fraud case which was already closed on 15.10.2025. Today your executive called and said they will Investigate this fraud case. what have you done in previous 15 day investigation?? why you need more investigation??
