Another day where store staff say “it’s not working” when I’m asking to top up the gas card. Either your systems are permanently down @PayPoint or you need to train staff to use them. Cold showers are great but it’d be nice to turn the heating on once in a while. #paypoint

@PayPoint I tried to redeem my warm home discount voucher at several shops and was refused. This was not a cash exchange as the funds would credit my metre key/card. Can shops displaying ‘Pay Point’ refuse to provide what they’re apparently contracted to do?

@PayPoint What annoys me about places that have PayPoint is that even when displays on the screen the option for Cash Back, not a single location in Dundee I know of gives you it. Needs sorting out.

@PayPoint Shocked at the 4.7⭐ rating. My wife and I have spent 3 weeks chasing a voucher. Today: 3 hours and 27 miles driven, only to be refused at every shop. Worse? One shop "cashed" our voucher and kept the money! 😡 Reported it, but zero follow-up. In 2026, how is this "untrackable"?
