Jean Theory Falls Apart After the Trailer 🚨 The leaks contradict themselves. She wasn’t being hunted she was already captured, and the attack actually frees her. Damage Control isn’t against Spider-Man, they’re working together. And somehow, she ends up invading Peter’s house? But the biggest issue is her powers. It doesn’t look like telepathy it looks like she’s transferring her consciousness into other bodies. Now yes, Jean can do that but why would she? -If she’s telepathic, it makes way more sense for her to control people remotely instead of jumping body to body and doing everything herself. -And why possess an old woman, cause chaos with a tank in New York, try to kill Spider-Man… and then just escape? -This doesn’t feel like Jean at all. Even without Xavier, her personality here feels completely off compared to the comics. And honestly, I don’t see Marvel introducing her as a villain before even touching the Phoenix story.

@MikeBrower81 @HenryHarper523 I feel Jean Grey is a better choice to introduce than firestar. You could set after Jean telepathic power awoken and I’d struggling to control her powers while at ESU she meets Peter Parker where she accidentally reads his mind and discovers he’s Spider-Man.

@HenryHarper523 With respect, Firestar doesn’t have that resonance/presence, to be the face of the mutants that Jean Grey has. The only reason some people are hoping it’s Firestar is just because of that animated show. Firestar is a great character, but she’s better for a Disney+ series.

I dont support this. The whole point of the jail system is we send people there to serve out a sentence. If people are taking it into their own hands then the sentence becomes unsafe and prison unviable. Further who did it- another criminal. And lastly if you accept this, then you also accept it when others take it into their own hands, ie bacon man who died. And before anyone tries to say 'your being sympathetic to a ped'- not at all, I want them burned or hanged- in the right way. This invalidates the entire prison system.
