Q1. I’m a mean drunk, I will be the first to admit it. I try hard not to get wasted around my wife cuz I also become a truth-teller when the liquor hits. I got drunk at my cousin’s barbecue and told my wife everything I hate about her, from her cooking to the funny-looking kids she gave me. I’m 5’5 and stocky, she’s 5’9 and slim, our kids have long necks and short bodies. She usually ignores my rant, but my cousin said when I called our kids lil Black giraffes 🦒 she decided to leave me on the spot. And she moved in with my cousin and refuses to come home. I miss her and my kids. How do I get my fam back? #SBCCHAT

Trinity did shoot an unarmed Man in an Establishment on Shortwood Road. He testified that the man was approaching him with his hand in his pocket and failed to stop or remove his hand when instructed to do so after he identified himself as a Police and he was fearful for his life as he thought the man represented an imminent threat. Man got shot, Trinity was charged and later acquitted at trial. Circumstances and facts of the case makes a difference…as well as the quality of the Legal Representation

Just will still be charged with illegal possession. But won't fact the wounding or murder charge if the person dies as it would still be self-defense.

Carnival should be moved to Port Royal. I can never understand using major thoroughfares (core city routes) as carnival streets. Ppl have to go to work and about their business not everyone goes to carnival. It's a massive inconvenience esp for essential workers.

Fun & joke aside, what is the legal defence for disarming another person and shooting them with it?
Lawyer twitter, this can still fall under self defence, right? Will he still be charged with assault/grievous bodily harm etc? Or is he good?

All this start because 450 et al were offended by Jai’s pronouncement that they fell off. Now, it’s almost guaranteed that they will not be getting any bookings anywhere in the near future plus their reputations destroyed. This a why granny say humble before you stumble.

@ekralc22 Yup. A higher standard of behaviour is set for you. It is easy to become no longer "fit and proper" by actions done by you even without the use of a gun. DV, assault, issuing a threat, being intoxicated and even having the firearm "printing".

@perryodontology The reality is that only you, the person under attack and in the situation can determine at that moment what you felt. If you act, you may be charged and put before a court. The judge, jury, or prosecutor weren't there so they rely on witness accounts and other evidence.
