Facing serious concerns with @PayWithRing (SI Creva Capital). @Kissht_EMI Loan ₹2L, paid ~₹45K (4 EMIs), yet overdue ~₹79K (7 EMIs). Penal charges have gone very high (~₹75K incl.25k+ waived portion). Concern on how such charges are calculated. @RBI @FinMinIndia #PayWithRing
