@excitel_rocks Been 7 months and still no refund process has been initiated since the device has been picked up and horrible customer care service. Takes 1 hour to connect to representative and then simply get to hear we have escalated to concerned team wait for more time.

@excitel_rocks there is no response from your side since 5 months my refund of device is pending and only thing i get to hear is team is working on it. This is sign of a fraudulent company when you can get new connection on the same day but no refund and response for 5 months.

@excitel_rocks It has been more than 3 months since the device was returned and still the refund is not provided after calling soo many times the customer care always has one reply that we have forwarded it to the team and please wait. Such a horrible experience to wait soo long.

@excitel_rocks This is exactly what i have been hearing since past 2 weeks why can't you simply send one person to collect your device its that simple!!! When you can send team for new connection on the same day then why this is taking so long?

@excitel_rocks Horrible after sales service. I had sent a connection termination and device collection request and it has been more than 2 weeks still nobody comes to pickup the device. Everytime i call customer care they simply say we have forwarded it to concerned team.
