It will tell you if you need healing.
It will tell you when there’s danger.
It will tell you when your thinking is off due to trauma.

Shared experience. As a codependent the sense of loss when you cut someone out can be so intense that it may cause you to reach back out. I did. It’s not worth it. Don’t do it. You’ll probably realize the same. #staystrong #codependency #mentalhealth

Hitting a wall this week, both in my writing and mental health. I’ve been so focused on writing everyday and writing this draft that I feel like it’s be a let down to take a break. But it’s been almost 3 mos without one. I need to take some time. #WritingCommunity #mentalhealth

It’s been good. I suppose this is the nature of the cycle. The more I needed help the more active I was here. I’m in a much better place and feel less compelled to share. Hopefully, cycle is the wrong word. I never want to revisit where I was five months ago. #mentalhealth

Your mother did the best she could and you were left wounded by her. She loved you with all her heart and she couldn’t always be what you needed. She sacrificed and at times you felt like a burden. May we honor her by humanizing her and learn from her life.
