But we still keep them around instead of letting them die or create ones without health issues. This is about biology. Not feelings.

There are ones where you can live with through accommodations, and then theres ones that's severe to the point it'll likely shorten the victim's life expectancy. The poor girl was dying the moment she was born. Her brain is mostly gone.

@spidermets10 @lilyally98 She is treating her baby like a child who really wants a pet. Why would a mother allow her child to suffer like that? The baby will grow, but will never have the mental capacity to think or survive without her mother. She will forever be a ‘baby’ as she grows.

You are saying that we should let her exist and suffer in a body that was falling apart the moment she was born.
