Hi @pearsonlanguage, you have lost your credibility, even my teacher don't know, why I am getting less marks ... I have given the PTE exam 3 times ... Every time I get 90 in listening and 57 or 58 in speaking, no matter how good or fluent I am ... I want to appeal this issue

Hi, I scheduled my PTE exams on the 27/12/25 and I was denied from writing the exams because my middle name was missing in my PTE profile. I have updated my profile now, kindly reschedule my exam for me.
@pearsonlanguage: Your customer support sucks - all three platforms - chat, call, and email, are unable to fix the profile issue so that I can access my score card.

@pearsonlanguage What, DM sir! Your system is unable to send the password reset instructions to my email address. Your customer support is useless; they have no understanding of the urgency. I doubt they are even qualified to serve customers.
@pearsonlanguage Your customer service is useless. Call support routes to Chat support, and Chat support redirects to Call support. No one in your support team handles simple password reset issues, where reset instructions are not arriving at the registered email. SHAME ON YOU!

Hi,
I booked my test today but couldn’t take it due to an incorrect citizenship issue. When booking, the form asked for Citizenship/Residence and I selected the UK as I live here. This is urgent as I need the result for the Home Office. Please help.

@pearsonlanguage@PearsonIN has failed to maintain basic testing standards. My exam on 17 Oct @ 6:15 PM had audio issues, lag & system freezes — all reported during the test with no fix or fair resolution.
