Good luck to anyone doing #QuestKillarney this weekend. If it's your first time, you'll probably find it's not your last. Such an amazing event in a beautiful place. We'll be back in force next year to take you on!

What a difference a week makes. It may have been warm for @TrailwalkerUK last Saturday but thank heavens the rain waited until today. Although I think we would have smiled just as much. 😊

Both teams back safe and sound at @TrailwalkerUK, finished strong and in one piece. Such a brilliantly organised and supported event. Coming in to a checkpoint to the thunder of drums really gives you the extra oomph you need for such a tough challenge.

Two weeks till Trailwalker. We are SO excited !

As support crew, you are the glue for holding your team together and getting them to the start and the finish. You are such a vital part of the team. One is needed but we do suggest at least two and obviously four is the ideal to form pairs and work in shifts.

We're up and running! Literally!

All set for tomorrow!

We're doing @TrailwalkerUK this Sep and will be in Swansea Quadrant Sat Aug 24th from around 0930 running on a treadmill to raise money for @oxfamgb @gwtorg All support welcome!
