The anti Motherwell agenda continued this week. A foul on half way line given as a red card, with two covering defenders. Yet this is only a booking? Frame 2 shows Motherwell player could have got a shot away before McCann gets to him if not fouled.

Slattery was given a 4 game ban with 2 suspended for diving so in that case what does Collum do with the ref & the ref on VAR...week in wee out they get away with massive mistakes yet nothing is done about it.

@derekwatson89 @AndrewWilson Could the Well Society be the ambassadors for change on this front? Could we link in with other Premiership clubs and suggest they conduct a similar survey to us last year with their fans/season ticket holders?

@PedroG________ @AndrewWilson I totally agree with you.
It can also cost clubs a six figure sum each season which could be better spent elsewhere.
Perhaps if more fans voice their frustrations clubs may speak up, but I’m not confident on that front.

@derekwatson89 @AndrewWilson Fair enough. I’m completely done with it man. It’s a shambles really and takes away the spontaneity of the game. I pay money to watch football not wait for VAR to get decisions wrong and then not add on the time lost. Hopefully other teams can help with a case to get rid of it.

63% said they do not support VAR in Scottish football.
99.3% believe it either needs scrapped or fundamentally reformed.
Whilst it’s a league requirement we’re limited.
Personally, I’d like to see clubs call out the inconsistencies.

@J593993 @MotherwellFC I drove the 2.5 hours and 2.5 hours back on Wednesday for Aberdeen away where we brought 900 for a rearranged midweek 7.45 KO, admittedly I’m not there at Paisley tonight as there’s only so much ££’s you can throw at footy (travel + ticket price). Our support has been great

Laughable sheer panic from Steven McLean in both instances here. Whether it’s conscious bias or unconscious, put simply if this is in the Motherwell box no fouls are given to Motherwell. Especially if one of our players catches the ball then sits his fat arse on it 🤣
