For our yearly March employee reviews we were denied wage increases and received reviews based on overall store performance using scores from a system that Peet's no longer even uses. The reviews were inaccurate and unfair.

It's amazing how ugly your store can look when corporate takes down EVERY SINGLE DECORATION for "company wide store streamlining." Additionally interesting how our store seems to be the only one streamlined to this extent.

Today, after twenty years working at Peet’s, our manager was fired. The president, head of HR, and head of retail hinted that would happen if we went through with unionizing. Twenty years. Absolute bullshit.

(2/2) On top of all of this, our hours have been heavily slashed with some people getting upwards of 10 hours cut from their schedule. While the boss tries to intimidate us, together we are strong.
