So please help me if I’m wrong but Antwan Tolhoek is provisionally suspended from @UCI_cycling but he did some amateur race in 🇹🇭 this year and gonna race in 🇻🇳 HTV Cup.. those are not UCI level races but if you are suspended you can’t race.. I’m I right ?

Karaliok, Tserakh, Konrad, Shynkarenka, Naskovich and Chuyankova signed for UCI track team from Kyrgyzstan - Topvelo - Art Cycling Team. Also some big russian names such as Lysenko and Dubchenko are in the roster. As well as Armenian Stepan Grigoryan and some KGZ riders.
