A three from Penders puts him in the 1,000 point club to make it 44-35. That makes him the fifth to do so in boys basketball history for Foxboro and the first since Brandon Borde in 2020.

Foxboro’s Alex Penders went for 30 points today against Melrose to eclipse the 1,000 point mark!! He’s the fifth in boys’ program history to get it done (and 2021 was only 10 games). Outstanding accomplishment for a terrific young man! (Thanks to Huck for the video.) #1004
