Today, President Trump announced that Abu Bilal al Minuki, a Nigerian born senior ISIS/ISWAP terrorist leader from Borno State, has been eliminated through a joint U.S. and Nigeria military operation. Al Minuki was a globally sanctioned terrorist, deeply tied to ISIS operations in West Africa, and responsible for advancing extremist violence that brought suffering to countless innocent people. Yes, he identified as Muslim. But does he represent the nearly 2 billion Muslims around the world? Absolutely not. Terrorists do not define Islam, just as extremists do not define any faith. His elimination is not just a victory for America or Nigeria. It is a victory for Muslims worldwide who reject terrorism, for Africa, and for every community harmed by radical violence. This is good news for the global Muslim community, for peace, and for humanity. The fight is not against Islam. The fight is against terrorism. And today, terrorism lost.

The disappointment of the exit of Kwankwaso from the ADC is turning to be a blessing for ADC especially to Atiku. Almost everyone is not happy with Kwankwaso up north and there is unprecedented sympathy towards Atiku due to this attempt at backstabbing him.
