2K enjoyed finding out about Remembrance Day. We made poppies to display on our classroom window. We know it is important to honour armed forces members. #RemembranceSunday
We welcomed the @RibbleValleyBC Mayor into school today to talk to KS2 about his role as part of @UKParliament week. 🇬🇧 Classes will discuss the role of parliament and British Values this week in assemblies and PRSHE lessons 🇬🇧
A wonderful day with Faith visitors from Godly Play today in KS1. We really enjoyed listening to the story teller, asking wondering questions & responding to what we’d heard through craft. @godlyplaybus
School Council Election Day- Well done to everyone that wrote and delivered their manifesto, especially the children that were voted to represent their class this next year.
What a fantastic day Year 5 and 6 have had in Lancaster learning more about the Pendle Witches, the police system through the ages and how crime and punishments have changed over the centuries. Their behaviour has been exceptional and we have been lucky with a sunny day!
We have had a super day welcoming our new Receptions to Pendle! 💜 They enjoyed exploring and playing in our newly decorated reception classrooms! We look forward to the week and the year ahead!
