@PenFed I’m at the branch in Mayaguez, PR, 00682. Took a turn to talk to an associate, they have called people that came after us. I know that they are here to open new accounts, but a turn is a turn in any other bank. Fix this, some people come here with a schedule.

@PenFed Today I moved my accounts to Penfed in Puerto Rico. And tonight I found out that PF is not part of the network for ATH Movil, which is a GREAT part of how I received payments and paid providers. Is PF going to be part of Ath Movil anytime soon? I found this searching.

@PenFed worst policy trying to register car transferring from Va to Al cannot get a title print out emailed has to be paper copy? I now have to wait 2 weeks? Pended will mail a copy to AL office and I will wait ?

@PenFed Talofa, I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing and unresolved issue regarding my father’s account ending with SS# ending in ****. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through your standard customer service channels, the situation has not only remained unresolved but has been handled in a manner that is deeply concerning. To date, my father has made at least seven separate calls seeking assistance. During each interaction, he has been required to complete multiple rounds of identity verification (5–6 times per call). After complying each time, he is consistently told that a representative will follow up within 24 hours. However, no follow-up calls have ever been received and customer service service always advised him to call back within 24 hrs. Additionally: •He has been repeatedly transferred without resolution •He has requested a supervisor and was denied escalation •He was disconnected by a representative during one call •His debit/credit card has been blocked multiple times due to alleged fraud, with no clear explanation or lasting solution after verifying charges with a request of ID, and face photo. •Although his account was originally opened in Oahu, they refused assistance or transfer to that servicing location so he can fend for himself. It's a bit difficult because he moved out of Oahu for medical reasons a year and half ago. While we respect the importance of fraud prevention, the current handling of this situation reflects a serious breakdown in customer service, communication, and internal coordination. This pattern of unresolved support and repeated account disruption is unacceptable and is now impacting my father’s ability to access his own funds. At this stage, we are requesting the following immediately: 1.A comprehensive review of the account and recurring fraud flags 2.Direct contact from a supervisor or senior-level representative authorized to resolve this issue 3.A clear and permanent resolution plan to prevent repeated card blocks 4.Written documentation explaining the cause of these repeated flags and actions taken 5.A single point of contact moving forward to avoid further miscommunication If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, we are prepared to escalate further by filing formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). We are simply trying to help our father access and manage his account without continued disruption and distress. We expect a timely response and meaningful resolution. Great…some kind of daylight savings time issue has screwed up payments at @PenFed…or so they “think”. Hearing a lot of “my best guess is” and “Well, it COULD be” are not words to use when a customer is pissed off about $3000 of payments made 3 days ago that are “hung up.”

Haven't been denied credit in 25 years. @PenFed just denied me for a $16k car loan when I make $80k and the particular credit score they pulled was 791. I just find it humorous that Amex and Navy Federal are begging me to take a personal loan, and PenFed says No to car loan 🤷
