.@PengamPrimary We have been busy in Y5, weeding, digging, planting and sowing as part of our science topic on flowering plants. We can’t wait to track the progress and eventually taste the produce! Diolch Mrs Harris for your expertise and to Zoe for donating some of the plants.

Another fantastic Heddlu Bach workshop today with our supporting officers @GPCaerphilly We even had the opportunity to try on a range of Police uniform, whilst also playing team games 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

Today we created Freeze Frames based on main events from our current study of a Welsh Myth. Excellent use of body language and facial expressions. Da iawn pawb 😃👏🏼

Debate time! Our topic of debate…. ‘Living in the Welsh valleys has more benefits than living in a City like Cardiff’. There were so many valid arguments for and against… what do you think? ⛰🏙

What a wonderful and special experience! Decorating our own Easter cards and hand delivering these to Glan-Yr-Afon Care Home. It was a pleasure interacting and meeting some of the residents. We will definitely be visiting again!😃🐣👮‍♀️ @GPCaerphilly

Earlier in the week as part of our Jigsaw piece ‘Healthy Me - Emergency Aid’, we worked in pairs and groups to practice using the ‘Recovery position’. We took it in turns to be the casualty and the rescuer. I was very impressed 😃👍🚨
