If the filter works and produces a more visually engaging product, I don't understand why we're playing the "AI Bad" card.
The animation of the show dropped off. They all know it. Instead of fixing that by hiring more people they just ignored it entirely.
Instead, use an AI filter for the final product to overlay finishing touches. It's literally the perfect example of AI being used to improve workflows without stealing jobs.

@grimarachnids @News_Funkin almost a year to setup the business as a legal company Then planned to release weekend 1 but it got mostly leaked so they wanted to change the update to add more Then remade the whole game and made future stuff rather than weekend 1 and eventually went back to release the update

4 years ago today, The Funkin' Crew delayed the April 30th, 2022 update.
This would go on to be the longest time they went without updating the game (1107 days), and most likely forever will be.

@kegorfegor finished or far in development, I think this from that image of gf clapping with hair blowing releases months ago and it’s what I think we’re waiting on right now which we know would be in the base version

@kegorfegor The reason I think this will be the update that gets us ready for base game is that it’ll give us the 10th level (excluding tutorial (yes spaghetti counts) and it’ll have the newer menus that the demo would need to have, realistically the old week cutscenes are (1/?)
