We at the Cold Lake Penguins RFC would like to share our deepest condolences to all those affected, especially CST Heidi Stevenson's family and friends, by yesterday's events in Nova Scotia.

Rugby Canada, and the Canadian rugby community, offer our condolences and thoughts to all those affected by yesterday's tragic events in Nova Scotia.

Sr men's team had a big win in a hard fought battle today beating the visiting lep/tiger/nor'westers 27-0. Way to go men. They now sit tied for third place in div 3 with two games remaining. @LepTigerRugby @NWAA_Rugby @ReapersRugby
