Was at #badmintonhorsetrials2023 today, & feeling peckish, explored the food court, finding @Penmincae & @nixonfarms. They did the most delicious lamb I’ve ever had at an outdoor event. Tender, tasty, & succulent. They were also lovely people & happy to chat. Look out for them, they did Wales proud. If you see them at an event, please support them, properly decent folk.
